Accessing Disclosure Information

In an effort to increase transparency and easy access to all disclosures, disclosure information will be available online for the 2011 Best of ASCO meetings. Disclosure information for committees, faculty and presenters will not be printed in meeting materials.

Faculty Disclosures

Faculty disclosures are available online through the Program Agenda. Select "Facutly Disclosures" to see a report of all speaker disclosures.

Abstract Disclosures

Abstract disclosures will be available through the Program Agenda. By selecting an abstract number, you will be taken directly to that abstrac's page on abstract.asco.org.  A hyperlink from each abstract will link to a separate page that will include disclosure information listed individually by author for each abstract.

Committee Disclosures

Committee disclosures will be available under the Planning Committee page.

In Session Rooms

Prior to each session, a slide will be shown that reminds attendees to visit boa2011.asco.org for faculty disclosures and abstract disclosures. ASCO will prepare a disclosure slide that will display for five seconds prior to each presentation as that speaker or presenter is introduced by the Session Chair.
